My S550 looks just like it, except it is white and has a different front bumper.

That's German Engineering for you. "Breaks when pushed to the limit!!"
Try this with a Japanese vehicle.

Now let me get this straight. Doing doughnuts like an idiot with a 604hp/738lb-ft torque machine is pushing to the limit?

First of all, the car did not break. I have a buddy that has a coach building shop and this is a very common ESP issue. Whenever the car detects a major ESP fault it shuts down to prevent damage.

Here is a good example of German vs. Japanese engineering:

Notice how the front doors on C class can still open/close, while the Toyota doesn't look like a car anymore.

G35 lover, I just want to say that my BMW is allowed to be in the shop as long as it wants. At least I can survive a head on collision against your G. You probably...won't make it, sorry.

LexusIS250,

Japanese cars are not better than German i am sorry. Your Lexus IS250 is a nice 200HP and for the the money it offers decent luxury. However, a Mercedes hits your Lexus, bits and pieces of your dash will be replacing your top and bottom row of teeth. Not only that, even Volvo's will do that damage to a Lexus.

Now you're probably real steamed up right now but I do have one more thing to say. I do like the IS and GS from the Lexus brand and their comfortable. But BOSS8CAN does have a point there. Japanese cars in general are cheaper to buy than German cars. It's a fact you have to live with each and everyday you step into that Toyota.. ops Lexus I mean. Again having that said, Toyota/Lexus are reliable cars don't get me wrong their great. =P
