Video: Volvo XC60 Concept Design Story

Here is a video showing the design story behind the new Volvo XC60 Concept SUV. Volvo’s head designer, Steve Martin, walks us through the steps Volvo went through to make the car. He also tells us that Volvo is planning a new XC in the next couple of years. The Volvo XC60 Concept is the closest resemblance on how Volvo’s next XC SUV will look. We really hope that they stay true and as close as possible to the design of the Volvo XC Concept SUV.

Volvos are underrated. Volvos are pretty nice cars for daily driving. They dont break down that much compared to say the Germans and are quite cheaper to fix once the warranty runs out. It has successfully maintained its customer's perception as a highly innovative car company and safest car at the same time.

I agree- whenever I can, I get them as rental cars on vacation. Very easy, comfortable and spacious. We usually get XC70s and S80s.

But, Volvos just aren't exciting cars, and I don't see why someone would "aspire" or "desire" to own one.
