Mercedes CL 55 drifting at Nurburgring

This is a very good "how-to" video for all those that don't know how to drift (me included) and for those that want to have some fun, but not destroy the car. Maybe he is cheating a bit with the water tank in the trunk, but it is there to give him more fun and a better drift.

Lexus may not be used in drifting circles in Japan because its all of 1 yr old there. But Toyota is well known out there as well as Nissan.
BTW, a lot of drifters use really old cars to use and abuse, and nobody makes em tougher then Toyota

Probably because 'drifting' as a sport originated from Japan, which is why all drift cars you see are Japanese!

Anyway, drifting is murder on a cars tranmission and drivetrain.

It would be easier to drift a 800nm car then one with 300. :)
