LEAKED Lincoln MKR concept images
The latest issue of Car and Driver magazine has a spread on the new Lincoln concept to be shown at the Detroit Motor Show. These scans of the magazine have turned up on the ‘net and give us a sneak peek at what the new car, which is expected for production, will look like. Apparently the grille is very likely to make it to the production model, which is a scary thought. Apart from what the images say, namely that it’ll have 415hp, be RWD, and twin-turbocharged, we don’t know much else about the concept. We like the general profile of the car, but it looks like it was styled in the 90s. The MKR doesn’t have the cutting edge styling we expect from a marque that needs to bounce back from the brink of extinction.

They shouldn't split the grill in two sides, makes it look liked an oversized pontiac grill.

Looks like a pretty generic concept car...

Sad, really. Lincoln has no idea what to do or how to get there.

Looks like it should say Eldorado ETC on the back of it. Pretty boring and generic for an artist rendering of a concept. By the time it gets watered down for production, it will be an Eldorado ETC.

It's a lot like the interiors from Lexus concepts of several years ago. There were three or four, and all had interiors like this, I believe.

And the only nice thing about that MKR is interior.
