Any of you know about the process of applting the chrome?

Guitar manufacturers have been doing it for many years and it's difficult to get the chrome to stay on.

It may be a painting process that uses two different elements. When applied together, a chrome effect is created. Though interesting, the MTV show, "Pimp My Ride" featuring a Mustang GT V8, was painted with a chrome finish on the front end of the car. It was pretty slick.

Even on the SL, silver is boring. I feel bad for all the people with no originality, driving the silver LS430s and E320s and such. It's a shame everybody isn't an individual. I mean, I could've gotten another black A6.

The Lexus LS460 in any color looks like a baked potato and the LS600 has 6 beady eyes.
