Will The Prius Ever Look This Good?

Jokejoe from the Autopareri forum tips us off to the official images of the 5 seat version of the Citroën C4 Picasso, which will be shown in public for the first time at the Geneva auto show in a couple of months' time.

The 5-seater seems to be even better than the 7-seater, from a design point of view: its more compact profile, almost egg-like recalls that of the C3, but it keeps all the styling elements of the C4 line, especially the discontinuos profile of the beltline.

Too bad Chrysler doesn't design and build a vehicle like this. Instead, we have the latest - soon to be released - Voyager that looks painfully boring.

BTW gogo have u seen the new Toyota Previa.It looks better than this Citroën.Have more curves/angles and seats 8.
This Citroën just looks like MB's B Class + the Front end of a FORD S-MAX.

Prius was never intended to have only looks like most of the Citroëns.It's a usuall TOYOTA with equal SHOW and GO.

The Prius is inoffensive, but this new Cïtroen is stunning. I am one of the few who finds it attractive. Very progressive- I wish American companies were so imaginative.

Then again, this is French, so I don't know what to think.

I like the rims of this micro van. The thing I loved about Citroen's back in the late 70's and early 80's when I first saw them, was their air suspension. You could lower it and raise it, that was really cool. Wonder if this vehicle has that feature too?

anyone else notice the "Picasso" appelation is appropriate, the design IS cubist?

the front wheel arch is also the COMPLETE NOSE of the "pillow" or "kiddie car" formed by just the left edge.

aside from that, the nose is too busy. the rear hatch, only a european could love. and the windshield in needlessly way over in the next county.

if this can be a putative Picasso creation, the Prius is a Michelangelo! 009 has stooped to a new low in toyota bashing.
