DETROIT AUTO SHOW: Audi gets Seal of approval
A musical mastermind or diesel power train aficionado? Singer Seal wore the latter hat Sunday after he performed at the unveiling of Audi's Q7 V12 TDI concept SUV.

Owning a few Grammies and married to supermodel Heidi Klum, Seal undoubtedly knows about music and fashion, but he played more than celebrity guest when he talked about the Audi SUV

"To be able to drive a modern diesel engine car, something that's environmentally sound, but at the same time have that level of performance … a 12-cylinder SUV, I just think it's an astounding achievement," he said.

"This is something I've been hoping Audi would do."

Seal, Heidi and the kids tool around L.A. in a production Q7, but he said he's ready to place his order for the V12 diesel.
