Kia Targets US Market With New Soul Crossover
South Korean car manufacturer Kia will be launching a new crossover vehicle based on a concept car that it displayed at the Detroit Auto Show last year. Reuters reports that the new vehicle will be called the Soul and it will enter production in 2008 as a 2009 model with the US being its primary market.

Great! The Soul is just was the US needs...another vehicle touting yet more reasons not to pay more attention to traffic. A built-in laptop tray allows me to send e-mail, edit letters, and watch live-video of an actual meeting I'm late for while sitting behind the wheel of a moving vehicle.

I'm being sarcastic, but someone's going to try to do all those things I mentioned above and have a life altering accident...

clever... soul... Seoul. ha ha ha get it? yea, sarcastic here too. I am sure little of the concept interior will remain the same, including the distracting laptop tray. just another tennis shoe lookin, under powered, compact SUV in a crowded segment.
