Possible TVR Typhoon Renderings

Possible TVR Typhoon Renderings
Many reports earlier in October claimed that the TVR brand wasn’t going to go bankrupt after all. Called the “Typhoon”, the supercar is expected to be unveiled at March’s Geneva Motor Show packed with a tuned 6-cylinder 4.0-Liter engine that comes with at least 600BHP. And above you will see is the possible rendering of the Typhoon.

As reported earlier, only 60 of these limited edition Typhoons will be built and has a 0-100km/h time of 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 320km/h. Surrounding the exterior are carbon-fibre body panels as well as the floor. Pricing is expected to start around £120,000 (yikes). We’ll know more information near the end of this month.

TVR is dead. Mr Russian drove it into the ground, and all the rumours about production being moved to Italy, etc. were lies.

A sad time for TVR.

It's a sad time for most British brands. The few exceptions I have in mind include Land Rover (though their reliability is scary bad), Bentley (German-owned) and Rolls (also German-owned).

If they needed sales, they should have brought it over to the states. Too bad for them... And us...

I'll bet you've never even SEEN a TVR... they're some of the most sensational supercars in the world, but nobody knows about them.

LF-A hasn't been released yet, so you have no idea what that's like, and M6 is more of a very fast GT than a true sports car. I agree on the R8 though, lol. At least the upcoming V10 version.

The TVR'S gorgeous...it's a tradjedy that they're not imported to the US. If they ever are, watch out/good-bye , XK, 911, SC, the rest.
