Video: Learn What the German's Have Known for Decades

German car fans have long known that the rigors of performance testing in Germany have always exceeded those found abroad. TOO bad the BMW X5 TV commercial uses sped up video of the X5 on the 'Ring. While a nice idea, shows just how lame BMW is to use sped up video to fool fools. Looks like the X5 will do the 'Ring in 5 minutes or something in the commercial.

How is it that germans knew this for decades ?!

Decades only Porsche and BMW tested their cars on the Nurburgring.

For MB, VW/Audi, GM/Opel, Ford Germany would have considered this lunacy not long ago.
