GM to offer new incentives to move 2005 & 2006 models

GM told its dealers today that the company will offer a new incentive program today that will push the company’s 2005 and 2006 models under the Mark of Excellence program. No official details have been released as of yet but a memo to dealers this morning says GM plans to offer $750 bonus cash on all 2005 and 2006 models until February 14th, 2007.

GM is hoping this will increase sales of models still stocked up in showrooms to make room for the new incoming 2007 and 2008 models.

This is a pitty... GM still has three year old vehicles on the lot?!? They'll probably sell them to some dumbasses who know nothing about cars, I know that I wouldn't even be caught dead in any GM dealership! I'll be at the BMW dealer down the road! ;-)

Yeah yo are to need that $750 went your car break down, lol:).........Remember GM own the 2006 King of recall; they recall most vechicles last year.
