Video: Hear the Lexus IS-F Revvin’

At the 2007 Detroit Auto Show, Lexus launched the new Lexus IS-F, its high-performance Lexus IS version that will compete with the BMW M and Mercedes AMG models. The Lexus IS-F has a 5.0 liter V8 engine that produces more than 400 horsepower and 350 ft-lbs. of torque giving the car the ability to do 0-60 mph in 4.9 seconds. And now you can here it rev up. Sounds beautiful. The video was filmed on January 8th, 2007 at NAIAS.

The power figures will definitely be better than that since the 4.6l produces 380 and 367. We'll most likely see around 400 ft lbs torque.

Now that is just an amazing find. I guarantee you Lexus didn't want that released so early on!
