Spy Shots: Shot of the New BMW M3 “M Buttons”
The BMW M5 and the BMW M6 both have about three buttons near the shift knob. The “M” button puts you into the fast and furious M mode. The “Power” button gives you, umm we guess it just gives you Power so just push it, you’re going to need it. Last, but not least you have the “DSC” button which is the Driving Stability Control button. The M3's body is business as usual (very nice), but when I saw the picture of the steering wheel, the glare was so bad that I thought it was the building in the background. And there's a sticker covering the M Button.

The M3s steering wheel will be the same one on the M5/M6. Anyway this car is going to be freaking awesome!

If its the same as my M5, the 'M' should be on the steering wheel, the power and DSC next to the geer shifter.

Is it me or does the last gen. M3 looks a lot more muscular than this current redesign? The new one, although, it will have more power, looks a lot toned down and softer.

Yes I think the e46 is more muscular than the upcoming redesign. In my opinion the e46 m3 will be a classic design. I hope some of them will be well kept for the generations to come to look back and see where the future M3's got there pedigree.

I have to disagree. They new design looks way more aggressive than the old design. The old M3, alhtough beautiful, still didnt look aggressive. The new one, looks promising.
