Report: Ford looks to Europe for new US Models

Alan Mullay told Automotive News last week that “The probability is very high” that Ford will tap its global product bank for US consumers in the near term. And why wouldn’t they? Ford just announced a $12.7 billion loss for 2006, the worst financial results in its 103-year history.
What cars will we see first from Europe? Well so far Mullay has his eyes on the Mondeo, S-Max and the Transit.
