And she has seen a teenage boy change his clothes while behind the wheel in moving traffic.

How risky is such behavior? What are the odds that such extracurricular behind-the-wheel activities will lead to a crash?

And yet somehow, it’s what drivers do while they’re fully attentive that I consider the most frightening and appalling.

One reason of vehicular accidents, driver's inattentive while on the road. Some of car drivers are busy doing stuffs like talking to someone, using cellphones while driving. Eating is also one. Some food spills all over the <a href="http://www.dubautoparts.com/volkswagen-floor-mat.html"title="Volkswagen Floor Mats">volkswagen floor mats</a>, causing distractions to the driver. This kind of behavior should be avoided.

Wow, that is so amazing, ya know, I've never figured that out. WOW! I can't believe that's true! I'm shocked. I'm at a loss of words. Wow.

the basic problem is TRAFFIC ITSELF!

when FORCED to plod along, drivers do all kinds of things other than driving, to prevent boredom!

(on the other hand, with NO traffic at all to run into, many will ALSO do all kinds of crazy things!)
