Louis Vuitton to buy Aston Martin!

The German auto magazine AutoBild is reporting that French luxury firm LVMH Louis Vuitton will purchase Aston Martin from Ford Motor Co. According to Autobild, the deal will see Ford retain a 15 percent stake in Aston Martin as future products such as the new Rapide are most likely still in development. Autobild doesn’t cite any sources or mention any financial details, but if this is true we should expect an announcement within the next few days. It was announced today that David King is the new head of product communications and motorsport for Aston Martin.

Well you kinda have to admit Ford did do good things with Aston Martin it is the one of the most successful behind Volvo in Ford's PAG.

There's only four brands in PAG, so that didn't sound very good.

I would say that they improved Land Rover, Volvo and Aston Martin very much. The only sad thing is they had to sacrifice the desirability of Jaguar.

Yeah I don't know if this will be bad or good for Aston Martin. Ford's done a great job if you ask me, a lot of platform sharing but nevertheless they made it as desirable as it is on a major budget.

Hello Kitty is buying Lexus off Toyota last I heard.

Sources reveal the re-freshed IS350 will have a 'meow' horn and pink leather seats with the Hello Kitty logo stitched into the headrests.

The feline-esque front end will remain unchanged.
