Spy Shot: BMW 1 Series Coupe

On a recent BMW 3-series Convertible press launch in Arizona, WINDING ROAD editor Reilly Brennan was able to free up some new dirt on the 1-series, confirming that the U.S. marketplace will indeed receive both a two-door coupe and convertible. Better still, those models are slated to appear sometime during 2008.

Brenda Priddy, the High Priestess of Spy Shooting, caught these first-ever shots of the coupe, caught cold weather testing in the Arctic.

It seems unnecessary to say but I´ll do it: it´s obvious that the tail lights and the side windows cover are there to disguise the real design of the car, whitch to me looks great and I bet will make a huge success in America and around the world for its size and simplicity.
