I have to agree here with the presenters, I like how the Alfa Romeo looks and would definitely buy one just on the looks alone. Sometimes, only sometimes, a car isn't about fast acceleration, high top speed, good handling. That time is about how the car feels with you in it.

In order of best cars I would say this:

Audi TT and Mazda RX 8 tie (In terms of performance)
Audi is more luxurious, of course.


How bad is Alfa reliability??? I have to check it out because I do want to buy one (Spider maybe) when it, if it comes to the US in 2009.

The TT is quicker around the track not in the straight line. I wonder at which stop light you are going to find a track to race that RX-8 which pulls next to you.

The TT won't be far behind the RX-8 in the straight line. The TT with the 2.0 T should do 0-60 in around 5.7 seconds or so.

No, the Alfa won't break down.

The Brera owes its powerplant and underpinnings to the latest crop of GM-sourced units, so should be no worse than any Opel product available.

Alfa's weakest link will be its electrics, however even then you shouldn't be worried.

It looks and sounds so good who cares.
