Judge Rules in Favor of Toyota on First Two Counts of Patent Hybrid Infringement
A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative judge sided with Toyota Motor Corp., concluding that two of its hybrid models did not infringe a patent held by a small U.S. company, the agency said on Wednesday.

U.S. Administrative Law Judge Paul Luckern said the Toyota Prius and Highlander hybrids did not infringe a patent held by Florida-based Solomon Technologies Inc. as Solomon had alleged.

What a bunch of sorry a$$ "LOSER" trying to screw Toyota over and make some quick money. I'm glad the Judge sided with Toyota, because if it went with them, everyone is screw. MB can sue all the other auto maker for making car because they were the first one to make them. And than you have other auto company sueing each other for copying each other. This is definitely retarded.

Acutally even if Daimler Benz could patent the automobile, the patent would have ran out 70+ years ago.
