Additionally, I have always received okay service at Nordstrom but it has been nothing compared to Neiman Marcus. I just received a phone call today, in fact, from one of my favorite people at Neiman Marcus notifying me of beaty week and of a private party that I am invited to for the event. She asked me how school was going and how I was and if I needed anything for my mother. I usually talk to the people at the La Mer counter for 30 minutes every time I am in there: I have received free facials from them from estheticians there. It is absolutely great and a mwonderful environment, they just treat you wonderfully.

Lexus customer service is definately one of the best.
But how often would a Lexus owner have to go to the dealership anyway?

I'm surprised Jaguar has a high satisfaction rating.
The Jaguar name-plate has pretty much went down the drain in the last couple of years.

I have always received excellent service even through the hard times for Jaguar: the dealerships do what they have to to survive, like decrease in-dealer volume. I will say though, that no place here is purely a Jaguar dealership; one is Jaguar-Porsche and the other [the one I go to] is Jaguar-Aston Martin-Rolls Royce.

The Jag dealerships are amazing, it's just that half of their lineup isn't.

I have two dealerships devoted to Jaguar. I drove the XJ8 at the smaller dealer. Although the facility was nowhere near as nice as the much larger one in the next town, the service was satisfactory, to the point of being informative (rare in my experience). He even showed me a private garage for prospective Jaguar buyers, filled with what was mostly fully-loaded '06 XK convertibles. I was impressed with the nimble handling and supple ride of the XJ8, as well as the user-friendly controls and unmistakable style, but the RWD was what turned me off. This was a drive for my wife, and I just can't trust her with a RWD car in the winter.

I could see USAA through my window.
