The Maserati GranTurismo will have a 4.2 liter V8 engine, delivering 405 HP, and a weight distribution of 49% at the front and 51% at the rear. It is fitted with an automatic gearbox and equipped with an adaptive control system which adjusts the gear-shifting mode to the driving style and the driving conditions.

It looks fantastic, inside and out. I still love the Porsche 911 Turbo (my favorite car, although there's plenty of competition for my top spot), but this looks like it will be great.

I do hope that they make the interface software for media and Nav systems look and work better than it did on the Quattroporte. Porsche's crisp interface looks great and also works well (in my opinion).

Why aren't I feeling this car?
There's something nagging at me, saying the last-gen was better-looking, especially at the front.
And then, the AMV8 also nags at me... that, or this? I would go with the former.

I rarely comment about style as I am not a stylist; however, there is something weird about the tail lights -- too oriental-looking for an otherwise beautiful European GT that represents outstanding value in this price range.
