Cool Video Shots Of The New Audi A5

Excellent car!

After checking out this video, I'm very dissapointed in the inconsistency of design and cpoy of worst Mercedes design, evident by the non-sense merged outline of instrument panel and NAV screen in S class. Side elevation is clumsy and off balance- there's so little trunk length that it's almost indistinguishable from a hatch/wagon.

The traditional 'duality conflict' still lingers under A5' skin. While the (formerly AUDI) exterior pursuing "modernity", characterised by simple form and tight, sleek joint line, the interior cries out "ornament", charaterised by the excessive shaped chrome trims everywhere. Somehow AUDI gains a high appraisal of its interior design from those 'weak' people with this 'glittering' approach, and it's hard to imagine this is produced in a country where 'Bauhaus' style was born, if not the iron-blood image.

With the Japanese peers and BMW relentlessly pursuing the "abstractness" as zeitgeist of our era, AUDI has unfortunately chosen the nalstagic approach not unlike that of Mercedes.
Well, at least better than Jaguar.

Most appealing Audi at the moment, both inside and outside - sheer class and I'm a BMW Fan!

I want the S5!!!!

If the S5 is even in the same price proximity as the 335, I’m sold. No contest.

WOW. Just beautiful! I was taken aback by the A5's sexy lighting and shape, and Audi's attention to detail continues to lead. Simple things like the rear lamp LED shape, the aluminum on the steering wheel controls, and the crystal center of the MMI knob are what set them apart. And then... the S5 took my breath away. Take my word for it- I will have an S5 coupe and an M3 convertible by 2009!

One word...WOW
As for price I have a feeling it will be competing with the MB CLK350 and CLK500

Simply a beautiful car inside and out. I think it's the best looking exterior of any Audi (the A8 still has the best interior). I hope with what they've done with the placement of the engine and the steering rack the cars are really changed dynamically. The only thing to ask for is for more power in the base model and a lighter quattor system - then Audi would have no peer. Where did the video come from?
