Here's what happens when you try to cross the new Audi TT with the Audi R8-Yikes!
For some things we really have no word! Can somebody in Geneva please tell this tuner to stop this fugly thing... It's no shame to not afford the Audi R8, but mis-tuning the beautiful Audi TT to such a beast should be considered a crime in our opinion.

This sort of gives you a hint to how generic the R8 is to the rest of hte Audi Line.. Nothing new, nothing impressive.

Yup, pathetic all right. What's really unfortunate is that the 'DNA' of the Lambo Gallardo has gotten watered-down and mixed with Audi 'DNA', whose largest volume products, A3, A4, TT share DNA with VW's. [A3 and TT are built off the Rabbit/Golf platform]

This little tuner styling exercise in Geneva is an indication of the risks of platform-sharing and brand extension.

Audi marketing should be all over this one - nothing like spending R&D money to work with a Lambo and have people assume your products are glorified Volkswagens.

the new TT is based on its own platform.

that Audi/Lambo your talking about is better then any car BMW has ever made, so how pathetic is it now?

And the TT has its own platform get your shit right, stop talking about the past.

Those big black panels don't work on such a small car, they don't even function for anything. It just looks stupid, and ruins the novelty of the R8.

the panel should be changed to carbon fiber, then it should get the headlights from the r8...with the r8 rims....then ull have a supercar-ish tt XD

Obviously some one had some fun trying to make the TT look like the R8. And all the BMW fans start crying.

One thins is Antera never goes too crazy with the rims and that's what I like about them. They play it on the safe side but it's not like they fall short against other tuner brand names out there. Antera is famous for it's simple 5 spoke designs. It makes this TT look amazing!
