Bonuses for every worker at Ford after $12.5 billion loss
Hoping to boost support and moral in the company after a huge $12.5 billion loss in 2006, Ford announced on Thursday that every worker at Ford will be getting bonuses. The bonuses will start at $500 for UAW workers and $300 to $800 for nonmanagement salaried workers. Salaried managers, on the other hand, will receive higher bonuses.

They will go out next Thursdayand most will be paid out next Thursday. Worker hard guys and gals!

The executives should not any of the bonus money. It should increase the manual labor force employee bonus.

They are only doing this to make the union workers happy because they are negotiating new contracts soon and Ford wants to get a better deal.

How can you bonus people with money that you don't have? Makes you wonder if Chysler will be bonusing it's people.
