3,000th Rolls-Royce Phantom delivered
Rolls-Royce today announced that it has produced its 3,000th Phantom, which was bought by a UK customer through Rolls-Royce Motor Cars of London. The Rolls-Royce Diamond Black Phantom she bought was delivered today by Rolls-Royce Chairman and CEO, Ian Robertson. Now that’s some outstanding customer service.

Mrs Tchenguiz-Imerman’s Phantom features Black Ash veneer with silver inlay, black leather trim with contrasting stitching and two 12-inch DVD screens in the rear. A discreet plaque in the glovebox acknowledges the car’s special status.

It can only suck for the #2999 owner in terms of not having the metal plating that states it's #3000. As for the car itself, it is no where near "sucky". It's the pinnacle of luxury motoring. Even though Merc has been innovative and a leader in luxury cars, the British brand had an advantage back in history because they decided they did not want to make a car for the mass but instead for the elite. If Mercedes did the same I wouldn't doubt they are in that category either. Perhaps they wanted to redeem themselves in purchasing Maybach and reviving the brand. A job well done I must admit but the exterior is controversial. I wonder what the next line of Maybach will look like. Hopefully not too much like Merc.

Anyways, the lady ugly or not she literally owns a house on wheels for many people in the world who aren't as wealthy. OR she went shopping for herself with her husbands money. Regardless, she is one lucky customer.

Not. Really, Bentley is destroying RR. A better car is a better car and the Continental series IMO gives up nothing to the Phantom.
