The interior looks a lot more comfortable to me. It may be the color of the leather though.

Haha why did i get deboosted for that? Whoever did it hasn't even SAT IN THE REFRESHED 5 SERIES yet so how would they know? dumb.

the interior looks much more luxury than the old 5 serise. maybe they are using better leather for the new model??

The design team from RR has started getting involved in the BMW interior quality design.
Expect even better quality treatment in the future.

Too bad our freedom of choice is once again being assaulted by BMW NA. No 530i for us for 2008. Sucks. And I don't want to hear RAH RAH twin turbo this and RAH RAH twin turbo that. Give me normal aspiration and 265 HP in the N53.

Yes I totally agree, I LOVE bmw's, hence my username, but I have to say I expect the new twin turbo 3.0 to be about as reliable as the three-banger in a Yugo for the first couple of years.

Anybody read 'Automobile' mag's recent long term test wrap up of their 330i with the 3.0 non turbo engine with the valve train that disintegrated? Yikes

I wouldn't want to be the first 335/535i owner on my block. Combine that with BMW's 15,000 mile/ 1 year oil change intervals...receipt for lots of blown engines I think.

Even though it may be termed a 'chick car' I'm taking deliver of my new 328i convertible in a few weeks time, I bypassed the 335 b/c I thought it would really unreliable.

Sevorbeupstry, we got the 255hp 530i.

Otherwise, I had a twin-turbo A6. Nothing went wrong with the engines.

The car was almost flawless.

But my S4 so easily points out the weaknesses of the '00 2.7T.

I really like the new 535i.

And for once, the base 5er isn't pathetic! Hurrah for the 528i! I hated the 525i, but this has changed me.

X5 shifter!!! yay!

Reminds me of the new Buicks except for the trademark front. I looooooove the current 5. I should slap myself.

I just don't get this part, but why do u need to insert the key in order to press the start button? I thought you just leave your key in your pocket and get in the car and just press start. Is this a standard option?
