SPYSHOTS: 2009 Audi A7 cabriolet

Audi is determined to eclipse its main rivals in the sales race and will be releasing an onslaught of all-new models in an effort to become top dog. The carmaker has already revealed its new A5 and S5 coupes, and just around the corner is the new Q5 soft-roader and the next A4, but the big-ticket item is the new A7 model that will go head-to-head with the stylish CLS from Mercedes Benz. The Audi A7 will initially be offered as a four-door coupe that’s scheduled to go on sale in early 2009, but a cabriolet variant is expected to join the lineup towards the end of that same year.

Not bad for a photoshop. The rear looks weird in a bad way.It even looks like a chevy caprice 2007 that comes in the middle east (Jugnu may know what Im talking about) Front is a typical audi. Overall not bad.

Audi will never build this car. It's way too risky to make a 4 door convertible IMO for Audi.

the A5 cab will replace the a4 cab and the A7 cab will be a big car like a 6 series

true but i'd rather see a 2 door coupe/convertible like the 6 series or SL/CL first, not a convertible version of a CLS. I know this is a "4 door coupe" but if someone wants a 4 door get an A6 or A8, the A7 should be a 2 door coupe to compete against the 6 and SL/CL!
