Bosch stop-start system on BMW 1 Series

The latest BMW 1 Series petrol and diesel engine models will support the Bosch Smart Electronic stop-start system.
The Bosch system provides a cost-effective way of preserving resources by switching the engine off when the vehicle is stationary and automatically starting it again when the driver depresses the clutch pedal.

Once I had serious crash and i thank the god, that it was BMW, otherwise all could be ended tragically. Germans make everything very much thought over.
