The 335 is definitely worth the extra money. You'll get it all back when it's time to sell anyway.

I was thinking of an '08 M3, and I know this is an entirely different animal, but a 335i Convertible might be really nice to own.

A girl I go to school with has an 04' 330 convertible and just ordered a the new 335i. She has to wait a couple of weeks, but damn thats a hot car. I think with taxes it came out to 54,000. One of my other friends traded in his 04, 330ci and got a new 335 four door. Very impressive, but it was less expensive then the convertible and came in at 51,000. And yes their parents picked up the tab.
