Ford Escape Hybrid Taxis

Ford has confirmed that the NYC fleet of 18 Escape Hybrid taxis that have been on-duty since 2005 have ranked in a total savings of $250k over a course of 175,000 miles. The Hybrid taxis are about 173" long while the Crown Vic's 218".

I am gaining a dislike for the LSC (and I'm not talking about a trim level of the old Lincoln Mark VIII, but the ' Lexus Superiority Complex ' ). I hope Lexus cars start coming with 20" dildos so some of these guys can shove it.
