Now we thought crossing the street in New York might be a bit hazardous, but this guy cross the street in Hyderabad India has taken his life in his own hands. It truly amazes us that few even slow down or make an effort to allow him to cross.

The reason for the non-stop horn honking is to let the pedestrian know that the vehicle coming straight at them has NO BRAKES!!!

I got a friend who was in India just recently, he said it's the worst country in the world when it comes to cars, car traffic and streets. All the cars have dents, huge scratches, are small and noisy and old. As anyone can see from that clip. Everyone is on the street, it's 120 degrees all the time even night time and everyone is poor. He won't ever go back there ..

yeah, tell him to try and go to the suburban areas and villages and see how different it is. no duh, crossing roads is tough, in cities especially, and that's why u should go through a damn signal!

Never been to India but a former British Air Force officer stationed there during WW2 once told me that crowds always quickly parted to let the snake lady through. This was a woman who wore a huge cobra around her neck. So get a cobra if you have trouble crossing NY streets.
