And mean while Al Sharpton a Black Criminal ( I mean reverend) walks untouched about the things he said about the Duke Lacrosse team players. Further showing that the PC police consistantly have a double standard!!!

Whoa.... There is too mmuch to put down about Sharpton. One thing clear he is racist and that is confirmed by the many incidents in his life where he has had it in for Jewish people. My favorite had to be the buy black commitee where he and his friends tried to get everyone to boycot Jewish retailers and reffered to all of them as "crackers".

umm maybe because I'm from Vancouver and grew up in a community of many different cultures who all appreciate each other, well I just don't understand this black or white thing.
You yanks put to much focus on your differences and not enough of your similarities. Yes slavery was bad but both people should let it go, what's happening is you're being slaves to your past. Life is like a mirrow, how you look at it is what you will see.
I don't think my comments will change your view as I'm sure somebody is going to justify their reason to hate. As for the radio DJ, who cares, it's one persons comment and I find it funny how one persons words can erupt so much pain in others, actually not funny, sad. Like I said people focus on negative issues and when that is your focus that is where you life will lead.
If indeed he did mean to be derogatory, why not just feel sorry for him that his mind can't see good things and he needs to put down others probably to feel better about himself, it's just a vicious circle.

Come to the States and live for a while and you will find out. I know because I work with a lot of Africa-american everyday. Most of these people think the government 'owes' them because of the past. But in fact the U.S government is trying it's best to accomodate them. Does the term reverse-discrimination sound familiar? There are companies and schools won't accept white because of the Affirmative Action law.Even they were born in this country they don't learn to speak the American English. They also have a big attitude problem. When anything happens, they will blame it on discrimination. If they hate this country so bad why don't they just return to their original country and try to be constructive and help their own counrty, save all the sorrow and grief. One more thing, immigrants from African countries are vastly different, they work hard, and they are very appreciative of what U.S has for them.

I just think it is funny how liberals claim to be the protectors of free speech but when they don't like something you say all hell breaks loose. "I guess that is the sacrifice we all have to make to live in a liberal utopia",....... I almost barfed in mouth writing that!!
