Nine Carmakers, Two Suppliers Unite In Safety Research

There will be a collaborative research and development of six human models by 2011 that will help in the precision of computer-aided technology. The companies are - Daimler Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Renault-Nissan, Peugeot, Citroën, Toyota Motor, Takata Corporation and TRW Automotive.

Undoubtedly GM and Toyota will contribute the most ($$$). The other manufacturers were lucky to get in on such an opportunity. ;)
