I can't believe Philly doesn't make that list, when we lived there, you heard about at least 3 car thefts or car jackings every time you turned on the news. I remember going to the Greek picnic in Philly with my friend and his brand new Jetta many years ago. We were in the park no less than an hour and his car was stolen, they left the lock that everyone seems to put on their steering wheels lying right in the spot his car used to be parked. lol

There's an after market theft deterrent system that violently turns the wheel, left and right, at about 200 repetitions a minute; maybe even faster.

Supposedly it can break your arms if you try to stop it. I'd like to see someone try to steal a car with that system on it.

Wow, Florida stayed out of this list! We train the terrorists to fly, have hanging chad's, and the most expensive natural disasters. So I guess we can now say at least if you come here your car will be safe and your kids will have the best looking female sexual predator techers in the country!
