Dodge Challenger Production Version Mule Scooped

A Dodge employee/visitor managed to scoop some very interesting inside pictures featuring what seems to be a couple of handmade test mules of the actual Challenger production version. If you zoom up in the ¾ front view image you’ll see a piece of paper referring to various parts “Manually Weld” hence the handmade test mule characterization. From the looks of it, Dodge has stayed loyal to the original concept with differences including the addition of a B-Pillar that hosts a stationary window and the roof lines both of whom were absent from the concept.

What recent Mercedes interior do you know that is 60's retro?

Also, I knew that the latest Chrysler products were a bit half-baked, but then again look at their birth-place! Dirty, dated and a bit 'DIY' looking for an Automotive manufacturer.

Maybe it's because the facilities lights aren't on?

screw the interior, i'll take one with radio delete, manual windows and locks and a Hemi. Just make it fast.

They cant afford to go *that* retro. After all, it's still just a muscle car. A cheap thing with a big engine and a costly, custom interior would change that. I could envision the only retro thing about the interior being the shape of the plastic dash. I dont see why switchgear, turn stalks etc cant be used.

The only "retro" I want from Mercedes is the instrument panel from the S-Class of the nineties which I consider the true S-Class. I hate the instruments of the current S-Class.

The fact it has a B pillarruins the cars appeal.

I hope the Camaro doesn't do that same mistake. I want I real coupe not a sedan coupe, whos rear window don't open.

Why does that ruin the car? That's how they did it on the challenger of yesteryear.... I just hope this car comes in plum crazy with white interior.

I so want to put the Challenger SRT-8 in my garage. I just wish my garage was big enough to put every srt vehicle in it...
