Audi developing RS5

Audi is busy building this awesome 450bhp RS5 that arrives early next year to take on its new BMW M3 and Mercedes C63 rivals. Like all R models, the top A5 has been fully developed by Quattro.

Wow early next year even to I doubt it I hope so because that would be a joy, but I doubt it would be anytime before late 08 considering the first S5 shipments dont arrive in the US until November

Cool, so my 40K audi quattro (says quattro everywhere on my car, standard from Audi) is actually a high end car, competing with Meceredes AMG. That's good to know, I will let everybody know that ... Quattro is better then Audi, is competing with AMG, that is one smart thing to say ...

Hey bub, quattro is an AWD system on Audis, BUT Quattro is also the name of Audi's high performance divison and creates the RS-line.

One thing should be wrong, in the article they said that the power output would increase to 450hp with the help of 2 turbos, well, i don't think so!! I think that if the power increse for the 450 hp it should be aspirated engine since the increment is rather small to justify 2 turbos, on the other hand if they use 2 turbos i supose the power output should be way higher than 450 hp!!

Why is there a picture of the FCX, and not the RS5?
