It's been on sale for a few months now; why is this news? It's just like we're staring at the reason for Ford's collapse. Boooo!

Aren't those the suzuki xl-7 headlamps, damn this was a bad idea, who greenlighted it. Ford's Aztec for sure.

That's it! Suzuki XL-7 headlamps! I couldn't put my finger on it. I guess it's the least Ford could do since the XL-7 now sports a Fusion grille LOL!

Looks as good as a Lexus.

Actually looks like what the Saturn Ion would have looked like if it was redesigned again. I think that design language didnt work for Saturn

they cant afford to put curves anymore... as usual ford designs one ugly car it's one thing that makes ford really stand out of the crowd..being ugly.

Ehh...How could they go from the prior design to this? A step backward, don't you think? It does look something like Saturn Ion, but a bit more boxy. I think you'd have to rank it right up there with Lexus on the 'Boring Scale'.

those headlights just look like the ones in citroen c4

Headlamps looks like those of New Chevy Epica and Suzuki SX4 Haeadlamps.

Sad, Sad I tell you! FOrd has a great Focus, its called the MKII Focus and it is for sale in Europe. WHY ARE THEY STILL USING THIS TIRED PLATFORM!!?? Do they think Americans are that stupid? Well maybe a lot of em are in terms of car knowledge, but hell Ford, anyone can see this is just a constant refreshening of the same old, same old.... I wrote Ford a while back and asked why they had no MKII version here....you know what they wrote.... "Our exciting new FOrd Focus (this was for when it was facelifted back in 2004)has had significant upgrades over the previous model. Exciting new exterior and interior upgrades with a newly designed dash. The suspension set up has been changed as well. We think you will see a lot of great new features and excitement from the new Focus!" WHAT THE HELL EVER! Then proceeded to tell me the Euro Focus MKII was a product designed for that market....well why the hell do we get second rate? This is why Ford fails in the US, they don't even care to offer the best to its original market!

This isn't much of a scoop considering I saw it at the chicago auto show back in february. Compared to the outgoing design, its much, much better. But its still on the old Focus platform, not the one the europeans have (also Mazda 3), so performance will probably be about the same.

The old Focus was inoffensive, and sort of slick-looking. This new one is HIDEOUS. HIDEOUS. It offends me as I'm sitting at my computer.

Who would actually want to buy that now? It looks hideous! If i never read this article, and saw that on the road I would never have guessed that would be a Focus.
