Video: InsideLine takes a look at the Dodge Demon Roadster
Dodge admits that the Dodge Demon Roadster Concept was inspired by the but we’re not sure whether the Demon can do the same for Dodge as the Miata did for Mazda. While Mazda Miata MX-5 isn’t Mazda’s best-selling model, it has become the company’s flagship model and has created the “Zoom Zoom” motto you hear today.

Maybe the Dodge Demon Roadster can do the same for Chrysler, maybe not. But the rear-wheel-drive and the 2.4 liter engine that produces 172 horsepower, places the Dodge Demon Roadster perfectly between Mazda Miata MX-5’s 2.0 liter 166 horsepower engine and Honda S2000’s 2.2 liter 237 horsepower roadster.

Here is a closer look at the Dodge Demon Roadster by InsideLine.

I love how Honda's 2.2L has the same amount of torque as Dodge's 2.4L, but requires 1,500 more rpm to get there.

Never did like the Dodge grille but pics of the 2008 Dakota truck version of that grille show a vast improvement. With all the recent corporate matters still to sort out, I have to wonder how many of Chryler's ambitious model plans will become an early reality.

I love the fact that Dodge is making a small roadster but that design is just not good.
