Next BMW 7 series interior

Current BMW 760 interior....in my opinion, the nicest interior of just about any car. Can it get any better?

Yeah, just look at an Audi A8L.

If they would just remove the word autobild from the picture......

Are you kidding me????? I was a HUGE BMW fan but the current stock of vehicles in the lineup makes me feel that the interiors are stark and confusing!!! I don't like them at all. The 7 Series interior is a huge reason for me to NOT buy the car regardless of how great it might drive. It might be the ultimate driving machine but the interior has drove me away!

It looks like it was designed by Daniel Libeskind: except more amorphous, you know, similar to those horrendous amorphous 1990's dashes. Primarly example I can think of that kind of dash is the Taurus. Addmitedly you really can't see a lot, but what is there looks funny.

If you zoom in on the picture, they have comvered the base of the middle console, and the vents looks really odd. They don't look as if they are going horizontal. It almost looks like they are broken and shoved into the dash on one side. I don't think that is the case but that is what it looks like.

...You know what? I do't think that is the dash at all. I think that the reason it looks like crap is that they have some plastic dash cover on top of the dash. The more I look, the more convinced I am that that is the case.

We'll know eventually won't we.

I hate the ergonomics in the current 7!

wow, it took BMW what 6 years now? to figuer out their 7 series interior is ugly and that a sedan with a gear nob part of the steering column, is ugly, especially if its that tiny, as if its a cruse control nob. So I see they put the gear nob where it belongs (good), and they changed their steering wheel (also good), and they completely changed their dashboard which is ALSO also good. ufff, now lets see what year model this will be in. lol

and it took Mercedes six years to literally steal the entire interior of the 7-Series and put it in the new S-class, including the gearshift knob on the steering column.

If you're going to hate, at least be consistent about it.

I like the current 7 series interior. In fact, I've heard a lot of people say "that bangle butt is hideous, but the inside is beautiful".

the current interior is alright, but this one with the 20" screen in the middle is uugly.

It would look a lot better if AUTOBILD did not have its ugly logo plastered all over the photo. I hate AUTOBILD for that.

Watch everyone say that its so ugly but we all know that mercedes will copy it the same way they did the current models and then everyone will say it is the greatest thing since sliced bread. For anyone who has actually been in both the new s550 and the current 7 series it is patent infringement at its worst they literally stole everything.

Well, the S550 really improved on the design. It's much classier on the inside than the already-nice 7 Series.

The only difference between the S class' interior and the 7 series is the AC looks different and the door panels are different. Other than that, it's just copy paste!

The other day I was at the BMW dealer and I asked about the 7 series and we started discussing the S class, he told me that the S class' interior is a copy paste from BMW. lol.

I'll tell you what. The last gen BMW interiors were perfect. The whole current lineups interiors are just plain horrible. Remember when each successive BMW was just a larger version of one car. The 3 series has one interior the 5 interior is totally different with non of the same design lines or ques, the 7 interior is all on its own too. The are not right and I hate them.
