So customers who bought this with the intention of only using it for racing purposes will now have the opportunity to use it on public roads legally?

The single vehicle approval test is great, you can get so many things through.
it avoids the hassle of what Bill Gates went through to get his 959 into the US, he could have just driven straight into Britain in it and no one would care...
