Shelby = Motorsports, not luxury. What are you expecting? Dual climate control? 10way power seats(heated seats for that matter)? Navigation? A frosty mug chiller?!!!!

The interior is perfect, considering the purpose of the car.

and the pictures of the SS's horrible and in need of a redesign interior are where exactly? There were none in that article. By the way, the interior of a normal Mustang GT is every bit as nice as a Corvette Z06 interior. Does that say more about the Chevy or the Ford?

put as much HP under the hood as you want, you won't be able to put it all to the asphalt on a road course (let alone any stretch of less-than-perfect road) with that lousy rear suspension. This is just another rehash of a crude car for those "drivers" who travel only in a straight line.

Racing stripes do not make a racing car.

That's funny because the mustang GT's dominate the Grand-Am cup with the same lousy rear suspension. While a live rear axle is the not the most optimal design for road racing it can still be competitive on a properly sorted vehicle.

Hey, I'm not here to say the Mustang is a terrible car. It's good cheap horsepower and loads of fun to drive. But it is antiquated, and it is ridiculous to think that a Carrol Shelby sticker and racing stripes is going to change this.
