Sorry about all the confusion, folks. Caltrans is absolutely correct: Just because it looks like an M3, and has M3 badging, does not make it an actual M3. Also, please ignore the BMW-Sauber web site, which describes the commercial: Nick exchanges his BMW Sauber F1.07 for the brand new BMW M3.
