Volkswagen announces updates to 2008 lineup

Volkswagen yesterday announced changes to its 2008 lineup. Highlights included a 20 horsepower increase to the Jetta and Rabbit which will now get a 2.5 liter five-cylinder engine that produces 170 horsepower with 177 lb-ft of torque.

thanks for the info, as the Eos is on a short list to replace our Cooper S convertible. Too bad prices and on sale dates werent announced.
