AC Schnitzer Tension Street Version -Fastest road legal Bmw?

The German tuner AC Schnitzer claims that its Tension Street Version of BMW’s 6 Series is the fastest road legal BMW in the world, reaching a top speed close to 332 km/h.Maybe Hamann has a word to say about this?

I love the rims and the bodykit except the front bumper, which looks ordinary.

But about this being the fastest road legal BMW.... doesnt the M6 reach 330km? Im quite sure if you stay accelerating in a straight it may get 332km but it will take a long time. But maybe BMW doesn't count this because of the speed limiter...
