Jaguar introduces less powerful - more affordable XK
Jaguar has announced a limited edition less powerful Jaguar XK. Limited to only 200 copies the car will have a 3.5 liter V8 engine and will cost less at 77,900 euros ($104,898). The original 2008 Jaguar XK costs around 89,230 euros ($120,139).

The smaller 3.5 liter V8 engine XK produces 285 horsepower giving it the ability to do 0-62 mph in 7.6 seconds with a top speed of 157 mph.

Man, I love Jags, but why are they watering down their flagship? They saw what happened to the brand after watering it down w/ the X-Type. Not moving in the right direction at all

BMW I believe has a 3.0 or 3.2 V6 as a lower cost option. Some people like to get better gas mileage.

The 630i only has like 270hp, as does the SL350.
