Yikes, a ’08 Impreza with an “Outback” outfit! How worse can it get… However, before you start cracking up any jokes about the ‘08 Impreza Outback Sport’s appearance let us state that we’re not absolutely convinced in relation to the image’s authenticity –it could be photoshopped. Nonetheless, for the sake of conversation, let’s say it’s for real. Our opinion? Well, let us put it this way; the equation Impreza + two-tone paint job + higher ground clearance + construction worker’s roof rails doesn’t seem to add up at all…

Must be a teaser to test market reaction. I give it a thumbs up provided that they change the roof rails to more conventional ones and give it Subaru's best possible AWD system complete with Torsen differentials.
