General Motors Europe Unveils New Environment Strategy

General Motors Europe announced a push today to make its model line more environmentally friendly. GM is dubbing the program ecoFLEX. It says it would put cleaner engines in conventional cars, offer more cars that can use ethanol and move ahead with fuel cell technology.
