To back it up, that is because Rancho Santa Fe is not actually a city, rather an unincorporated area of San Diego.

Ok confused... are we supposed to be impressed this is the most affluent town in the US that you are at? That statement has yuppie written all over it!! Who cares.... the point is to enjoy the 4th of July where ever u may be! Rich or Poor, Pinto or Bentley! ALL ENJOY!!!
