Subaru UK announced today its releasing the final-edition versions of its iconic Impreza 2.5 WRX saloon and Sports Wagon. Called GB270 after Subaru’s most successful WRC stage, the Rally GB, the final versions feature around £7,600 (€11.250 or $15.300 ) in extra equipment for the saloon and £7,000 (€10.300 or $14.080) for the Sports Wagon including a Prodrive Performance Pack

You and I are on the same wavelength on this issue. There was nothing wrong with Subaru's snout which reminded me of the small 2-cycle Saabs that sold well in New England states in the fifties. My guess is that GM had some sort of merger planned involving it's SAAB division and Subaru and that these plans fell through forcing Subaru to abandon the front facia they had.

True suby rally cars? Do you feel the 2008+ version of the subaru will not be a true rally car?
