Anyway, what is the BMW X6 supposed to compete with? Isn't it a coupe-styled SUV?

Okay this is neat and everything but if I was in the market, can someone tell me what would be the major differences in this and an X5 besides the 3rd row? I just dont understand. Is it a fashion statement or something?

hmmm these pix aren't much more revealing than the existing ones... but... if this is in fact an "x6" then some of those shots of the hatch/trunk interior kinda give a hint to what the side profile might look like sans camouflage. check out that slope on the liftgate! On the other hand, in the shot of the back seats, looks like the roof has a HUGE slope towards the rear - like a hatchback. i'm so confused
